As a surfer and an environmental activist, I have been a Surfrider Foundation member and participant for 5 years now, most recently in Portland, OR. Being from Michigan and now working in the aquatic conservation field here it's great to see a Lake MI chapter. I see that Lake Superior has a Minnesota chapter, I would love to see a Lake Superior - MI chapter started in Marquette, MI. Surf gets good and cold in the UP! Vince and all the other Great Lake surfers and clean freshwater advocates are doing great things! Unsalted is a great flick, haven't seen his new one but plan to soon! Great article!
