We HAVE wind charts that already tell what the wind is. The Turbine manufacturers have spec.s on thier turbine output production!! It is a FACT that the BEST place to have wind turbines, is OFFSHORE !!!! As far as the fishing goes, it will HELP fishing by giving the fish more places to live!! As far as the Bird Kill issue, we all kill more birds with our cars and trucks on the roads, then the wind turbines ever will!!!! I don't hear anyone bitch about cars killing birds!!!! As far as the Rich people not wanting THIER costal view spoiled, well, thats just TO BAD!!!! I five years, after they have gotten used to them being there, they will be having "Wind Turbine Partys" to show them off. I'll bet those same people love thier Cell Phones. Well I think thier Cell Phone Towers are Unsightly!!!! So there!! Summary, Shut up and get to work building them!!!! STOP spending all these Millions on "TESTS".
